Released in June 2023, West Side Story is a powerful, groove-driven single that marked DJ Snake’s return to raw, club-ready energy. Our goal was to craft a visual identity that would feel timeless yet disruptive — a design that could work both as a digital asset and as a physical collectible.

We developed a typographic-centered cover where bold, block letters meet elegant script, creating a striking tension between strength and sophistication. The distressed texture evokes analog print and underground flyers, while the minimalist beige palette reinforces its timeless, almost archival quality.

This design became the cornerstone of the project’s visual identity, adapted across social assets, digital platforms, and physical products.

The artwork was extended into a vinyl release, transforming the cover into a tangible object of collection. The packaging was designed to emphasize texture and print detail, making it as much a piece of design as a musical product.

• 3D Visual Assets with Origiful: The cover was reimagined into animated 3D assets by digital artist Origiful, creating striking teasers for social media and immersive campaign visuals.

• Street Campaign in New York: The artwork was deployed across the city in billboards and posters, embedding West Side Story into one of the world’s most influential cultural landscapes.
